GOLD MEDAL at THE GREAT AMERICAN BEER FESTIVAL and at the NEW YORK STATE CRAFT BEER COMPETITION 2024 & 2025. Traditional Luxuriously malty and drinkable Bavarian-style Märzen Lager. Rich body with notes of toasted bread and biscuit, a hint of herbal hop, and a balanced finish.

GOLD MEDAL AT TAP NY 2023 &2025. The traditional Bavarian Lager of spring. Substantial body and toasty, bread & honey maltiness with a balancing bitterness and spicey, floral notes from the use of German noble hops, leading to a relatively dry but not bitter finish. Refreshing enough for warm days, but fortifying enough for the cooler evenings.

IPA like they used to make, with an assertive bitterness over a solid malt backbone, and aromas and flavors of citrus, pine, and loam from generous additions of Centennial, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops. Named in honor of the amazing Sly Stone.

Award-Winning Belgian monastic style strong dark ale with figs & a dash of cinnamon. Flavors of caramel, figs and other dark fruit with a subtle spiciness and warming alcohol. Traditional bottle conditioning adds to the depth and character of this special ale to be shared with friends.

Autumn ale brewed with roasted pumpkin, caramelized brown sugar and a blend of spices. Rich, malty ale with balanced notes of caramel, cinnamon, and baking spices.
