Founder: Allen WallaceThe heart of the Soul Brewing Company is award winning brewer, Allen Wallace. After many years of planning and preparation, in 2018 Allen decided to open his own brewery and tap room. The microbrewery opened in March of 2020!

Belgian style wheat beer made with barley, wheat, oats, and spices including coriander, orange peel, and fresh lemongrass. Refreshing and quaffable. 5.2% ABV / 16 oz

Dry IPA made with Kveik, a unique Norweigian farmhouse yeast. Fruity, hazy, and a little funky. Aromas and flavors vaguely reminiscent of white wine grapes, grape skins, and citrus, with a champagne-like finish. 6.7% ABV/ 14.5 oz

Belgian Blonde-Style Ale made with honey of the region from Hudson River Apiaries. Golden color, with subtle fruit and spice notes from our Belgian yeast, a clean, slightly malty-sweet flavor, and a dry finish. 5.6% ABV/14.5 OZ

Pale Ale in the British ESB tradition, made from New York State ingredients. Malt from 1886 Malthouse and Cascade and Centennial hops courtesy of Chimney Bluffs Hoppery. 5.51% ABV/ 16 oz

Hazy IPA with dominant tropical, citrus, and fruity hop character in a rich creamy base of malt, oats, and wheat. Multiple additions of Citra, Azacca, and Mosaic hops. 6.4% ABV / 14.5 oz

Dark stout-type sweet ale with notes of coffee and chocolate, augmented with lactose (milk sugars), fair trade vanilla beans, and cacao nibs. (Avoid if lactose intolerant!) 4.5% ABV / 12 oz

Roasty and slightly sweet stout, deep garnet color with a creamy texture from the use of oats, notes of coffee and chocolate, and a firm bitter chocolate finish. 5.1% ABV / 16 oz

Oatmeal Stout with Cold Brew Coffee made with beans from The Black Cow here in Pleasantville. Breakfast in a beer. 5% ABV / 16 oz

Bohemian-Style Pilsner brewed with Bohemian Malt and Saaz hops. Golden color with a creamy white head. Crisp, refreshing and balanced, with a floral and mildly herbal hop finish. 4.8% ABV / 16 oz

A Belgian-style Blonde Ale fermented and aged on Sweet Dark Cherries. 5.6% ABV / 12 oz

This lightly sour Gose-style wheat ale is brewed with Himalayan Pink Salt, Coriander, and a healthy dose of fresh lime zest in secondary fermentation. Lightly tart with a mild saltiness, and notes of lime popsicle or sherbert. Almost like a tart Marguerita. 4.9% ABV / 14.5 oz

Traditional Luxuriously malty German-style Oktoberfest Lager.. Rich, and malty with notes of toasted bread and biscuit, and a hint of hop spiciness in the finish. 5.5%ABV / .5 Liters

Belgian Brown monastic-style ale made with traditional candi-syrup. A rich, dark ale of great character with notes of caramel, plums, spice, and dried fruits. 7% ABV / 12 oz

Strong, malty, and chewy Scottish-type ale with notes of caramel and a slight smokiness. Aged briefly on bourbon oak. subtle notes of vanilla and wood. 8.5% ABV / 12 oz

East Coast style haziness and tropical aromas and flavors with a backbone of West-Coast style firm bitterness. 6.5% ABV / 16 oz

This Double IPA is a joint project with our friends from the Westchester Homebrewer's Organization, Fred and Scott, with help on the brew day from club member Brad. A hazy beer with a firm backing bitterness and predominant citrus and tropical fruit hop notes from multiple additions of Citra, Motueka, and Mosaic hops, with a touch of banana and spice from a blend of three yeasts. Truth Serum packs a sturdy but not overwhelming 8.4% alcohol content in a deceptively light body. 8.4% ABV / 12 oz

This is our Hudson Honey Blonde aged on thyme from our garden. Flavors and aromas from honey in a dry, mildly fuity and spicey beer, with a flourish of thyme aroma and pleasantly tannic finish. We are unable to fill growlers and crowlers, and this beer can only be served by the glass. 5.6%ABV / 14.5 oz
