The heart of the Soul Brewing Company is award winning brewer, Allen Wallace. After many years of planning and preparation, in 2018 Allen decided to open his own brewery and tap room. The microbrewery opened in March of 2020!

Dry IPA made with Kveik, a unique Norweigian farmhouse yeast. Fruity, hazy, and a little funky. Aromas and flavors vaguely reminiscent of white wine grapes, grape skins, and citrus, with a champagne-like finish. 6.7% ABV/ 14.5 oz
Belgian Blonde-Style Ale made with honey of the region from Hudson River Apiaries. Golden color, with subtle fruit and spice notes from our Belgian yeast, a clean, slightly malty-sweet flavor, and a dry finish. 5.6% ABV/14.5 OZ
Pale Ale in the British ESB tradition, made from New York State ingredients. Malt from 1886 Malthouse and Cascade and Centennial hops courtesy of Chimney Bluffs Hoppery. 5.51% ABV/ 16 oz
Roasty and slightly sweet stout, deep garnet color with a creamy texture from the use of oats, notes of coffee and chocolate, and a firm bitter chocolate finish. 5.1% ABV / 16 oz
Oatmeal Stout with Cold Brew Coffee made with beans from The Black Cow here in Pleasantville. Breakfast in a beer. 5% ABV / 16 oz
Bohemian-Style Pilsner brewed with Bohemian Malt and Saaz hops. Golden color with a creamy white head. Crisp, refreshing and balanced, with a floral and mildly herbal hop finish. 4.8% ABV / 16 oz
A Belgian-style Blonde Ale fermented and aged on Sweet Dark Cherries. 5.6% ABV / 12 oz
A hazy Double IPA with a firm backing bitterness and predominant citrus and tropical fruit hop notes from multiple additions of Citra, Motueka, Mosaic and Simcoe hops. Truth Serum packs a sturdy but not overwhelming 8.5% alcohol content in a deceptively light body. 8.5% ABV / 12 oz
Traditional Luxuriously malty German-style Oktoberfest Lager.. Rich, and malty with notes of toasted bread and biscuit, and a hint of hop spiciness in the finish. 5.5%ABV / .5 Liters
Lightly sour Gose-style wheat ale, brewed with Himalayan Pink Salt, Coriander, and a healthy dose of fresh lime zest and cranberries in secondary fermentation. Lightly tart with a mild saltiness, and notes of cranberry and lime popsicle or sherbert.
