Light, crisp and easy-drinking Mexican-style lager brewed with maize, and Hallertau and Motueka hops for a subtle hop-derived suggestion of lime.

Bohemian-style Pilsener brewed with traditional Bohemian Floor Malts and double decoction, with Czechian Saaz hops. Golden color with a creamy white head, balancing malt sweetness with floral and herbal hops, and a crisp and mildly bitter finish.

BRONZE MEDAL at the NEW YORK STATE CRAFT BEER COMPETITION 2026. Hazy Double IPA with a creamy mouthfeel and aromas and flavors of fresh citrus, lime, melon and tropical fruits from multiple additions of Citra, Motueka, Mosaic and Simcoe hops.

GOLD MEDAL AT TAP NY 2023 &2025. The traditional Bavarian Lager of spring. Substantial body and toasty, bread & honey maltiness with a balancing bitterness and spicey, floral notes from the use of German noble hops, leading to a relatively dry but not bitter finish. Refreshing enough for warm days, but fortifying enough for the cooler evenings.

Goslar-style Tart Wheat Ale brewed with Himalayan Pink Salt and coriander, with a secondary fermentation on raspberries and finished with lime zest. Refreshingly tart with mild salinity and bright raspberry aromas and flavors and a pop of lime.

Dark, rich, and deeply malty Bavarian-style strong Wheat beer with a complex flavor profile with esters of banana and clove, and notes reminiscent of toasted bread, caramel, toffee and dark fruit, finishing semi-dry with a full body. Brewed with heirloom Bavarian malts and a traditional decoction process.

GOLD MEDAL at the NEW YORK STATE CRAFT BEER COMPETITION 2026. Belgian Brown monastic-style ale made with carefully selected malts and traditional candi-syrup. A rich, dark ale of great character with notes of caramel, plums, spice, and dried fruits.
