Taproom Hospitality Manager
As Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the taproom and help to develop an expanded food and drinks menu. This position will help to maintain exceptional customer experiences while also driving sales. Your responsibilities include ensuring that the taproom is appropriately staffed, clean, and comfortable, that all beverages and food are served appropriately and at their best, and that any unforeseen needs are addressed efficiently.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry is REQUIRED, preferably in a bar or taproom setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing memorable experiences.
- Solid understanding of beverage operations, including inventory management and quality control.
- Knowledge of craft beer and other beverages, including styles, brewing processes, and flavor profiles.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe).
- Cicerone Certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (e.g., cases of beer, kegs).
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

Brewer/ Cellarperson
We need a dedicated and dependable problem solver who is passionate about beer and brewing, and has previous brewery experience. You will be involved in EVERY aspect of production.
Skills Needed
- Managing, planning, and performing CIP on the brewhouse, fermenters, and brite tanks
- Managing, planning, and performing beer transfers to brite tanks for carbonation and packaging
- Accurately testing and recording pH, gravities, and carbonation (with Zahm & Nagle CO2 tester)
- Assisting with packaging in kegs and cans
- Lifting and carrying bags of grain
- Inventory maintenance
- A desire to research and learn new ingredients, processes, and concepts to help improve beer quality and production efficiency
- Keg deliveries and drop offs to various locations
- Representing Soul at beer festivals and other events
- Assorted tasks necessary for brewery upkeep
- Mechanical abilities for maintenance and repair a bonus

Taproom Bartender/Server
We are looking for a hardworking, friendly, reliable, and energetic people person who is passionate and knowledgeable about craft beer and customer service.
The position is part-time with flexible hours, starting at approximately 15-20 hours per week, with room for future growth.
