Bohemian-style Pilsener brewed with traditional Bohemian Floor Malts and double decoction, with Czechian Saaz hops. Golden color with a creamy white head, balancing malt sweetness with floral and herbal hops, and a crisp and mildly bitter finish.
4.6% ABV /16 oz
Made with 100% Oak-smoked wheat malt and noble hops. Sparkling, crisp and refreshing with a gentle smoked wood character, floral hop notes, and a dry, snappy, bitter finish. A unique and quaffable summer refresher with lots of character in a low ABV package.

GOLD MEDAL AT TAP NY 2025. Traditional Bavarian Hefe-Weizen. Sweet malt and bready wheat with notes of banana and clove from a unique Bavarian yeast. Uncommonly refreshing.

Franconian-style young Lager. Deep-copper to pale amber with malt, bread and toffee, herbacious and floral hop notes and a dry, slightly mineral and mildly bitter finish, which make for an easy drinking lager full of character. Our tribute to the Franconian cellar beer tradition. Best served in a ceramic mug (Krug).

Hazy IPA with dominant tropical, citrus, and fruity hop character in a rich creamy base of malt, oats, and wheat. Multiple additions of Citra, Azacca, and Mosaic hops.

Award-winning Belgian Farmhouse Style Ale brewed with home-grown lemon balm, hallertau and goldings hops, pilsner malt, wheat, and our hybrid farmhouse yeast. Crisp & dry with silky mouthfeel and notes of citrus, cracked pepper, bubble gum and spice. Refreshing field beer originally made by and for farmers, with a refermentation in the bottle for natural, champagne-like carbonation.

Substantial body and toasty, bread & honey maltiness with a balancing bitterness and spicey, floral notes from the use of German noble hops, leading to a relatively dry but not bitter finish. Refreshing enough for warm days, but fortifying enough for the cooler evenings.

Dark, rich, and deeply malty Bavarian-style strong Wheat beer with a complex flavor profile with esters of banana and clove, and notes reminiscent of toasted bread, caramel, toffee and dark fruit, finishing semi-dry with a full body. Brewed with heirloom Bavarian malts and a traditional decoction process.

GOLD MEDAL at the NEW YORK STATE CRAFT BEER COMPETITION 2026. Belgian Brown monastic-style ale made with carefully selected malts and traditional candi-syrup. A rich, dark ale of great character with notes of caramel, plums, spice, and dried fruits.

Roasty and slightly sweet stout, deep garnet color with a creamy texture from the use of oats, notes of coffee and chocolate, and a firm bitter chocolate finish.
